DAY 1 : ARRIVAL AT MUMBAI (DISTANCE - KM. DRIVE TIME - HR.)

Welcome to your ‘HILLS OF MAHARASHTRA' TOUR, Arrival at Mumbai Airport or Mumbai Railway Station, you will be transferred to the Hotel check into Hotel, Evening Visit to GATE WAY OF INDIA, MARINE DRIVE, JUHU BEACH. The Gateway of India has become the most famous monument of the city Mumbai. The Gateway of India was constructed by the King George V and Queen Marry to Bombay, before the Darbar in Delhi in December 1911. The foundation stone of the Gateway of India monument was laid down on 31st day of March in the year 1913 and George Wittet‘s final design of the Gateway of India was approved in August 1914, Back to hotel & Overnight stay at Mumbai Hotel.

DAY 2 : MUMBAI – MATHERAN (DISTANCE - 85 KM. DRIVE TIME - 2 HR.)

After Breakfast, Check out from hotel & proceed to Matheran Hotel, Afternoon visit to MATHERAN SIGHTSEEING by own. A colonial era hill station steeped in time with tropical forest character excellent for walking and offers Salubrious climate all round the year. Matheran is where cars are not allowed beyond a point 3 Kms from market centre and therefore excellent for walking. Matheran is home to many viewpoints such as ECHO POINT, ONE TREE POINT, CHARLOTTE LAKE and SUNSET POINT. Horse riding is a popular activity, Sunset point, Overnight stay at Matheran Hotel.

DAY 3 : MATHERAN - MAHABALESHWAR (DISTANCE - 220 KM. DRIVE TIME - 6 HR.)

After Breakfast, Check out from hotel & proceed to Mahabaleshwar Hotel, Evening free for Shopping at LOCAL MARKET, Overnight stay at Mahabaleshwar Hotel.

DAY 4 : MAHABALESHWAR SIGHTSEEING (DISTANCE - KM. DRIVE TIME - HR.)

After Breakfast, Mahabaleshwar sightseeing, Old Mahabaleshwar, PANCHAGANA MANDIR, LORD SHIVA MANDIR, ARTHUR POINT, MALKAM POINT, HIKING POINT, ECO POINT, TIGER SPRING POINT, WINDOW POINT, MONKEY POINT, MARJORIE POINT, TABLE LAND. & Overnight stay at Mahabaleshwar Hotel.

DAY 5 : MAHABALESHWAR - LONAVALA (DISTANCE - 180 KM. DRIVE TIME - 5 HR.)

After Breakfast, Check -out from Hotel transfer to Lonavala Hotel, Located in close proximity to MONKEY POINT which is 8 Kms. From the railway station, SUNSET POINT is an excellent place from where you can watch the sunsets. The Mumbai-Pune Expressway, the rail and National Highway can all be viewed together along with the setting sun from this view point. TIGER POINT, SUNSET POINT. Back to Hotel overnight stay at Lonavala Hotel.

DAY 6 : LONAVALA - MUMBAI (DISTANCE - 95 KM. DRIVE TIME - 2 HR.)

After Breakfast, Check out from Hotel than visit to KARLA CAVES, The Buddhist caves at Karla are one of the finest examples of ancient rock-cut caves to be found in India. The magnificent hall that adorns the main cave reflects the high degree of architectural skills of the artisans who carved and embellished the caves on such a difficult terrain. Then transfer to Mumbai onward your own journey, Evening drop to Railway station / Airport in Mumbai.
