- Booking made under non-refundable category for Tour Packages, Hotels, cruises and airline 00% Cancellation charges will apply, same will be informed to you before making the booking.
- Till 30 days from date of departure Cancellation charges payable will be Airline and cruise Cancellation charges as applicable.
- Between 30-11 days of departure Cancellation charges payable will be Airline cancellation Charges, Cruise Cancellation charges is 100 % + 50% of Holiday Cost.
- Prior 0 to 10 days of the departure = Airline Cancellation charges, Cruise & Holiday Cost Cancellation charges is 100 %. No Refund can be made.
Check-in/Checkout Policy:
- Hotel check-in 1400 hrs & Check-out 1200 noon.
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in/out.
- For Hotels you have to make refundable security deposit while check in for any usages in the room.
