CANCELLATION CHARGES
Any time after booking but before 45 days of departure date - No Cancellation charges from our end will be levied but it is subject to our vehicle suppliers, hotels & airline cancellation policy. If our suppliers, hotels and airlines levy cancellation charges then in that case you need to bear the cancellation charges. But the customer needs to pay
our service charges for tour and tickets booking and cancellation. For clarification about our service charges do write to us.
Between 44 days & 30 prior to date of departure : 25 % of the total Tour cost (excluding air ticket cost) + Airline / Train cancellation charges.
Between 29 days to 23 days prior to date of departure – 35 % of the total Tour cost (excluding air ticket cost) + Airline cancellation charges.
Between 22 days to date of departure – 100 % of the total Tour cost (excluding air ticket cost) + Airline / Train cancellation charges.
